GW Zaishen

Today's GW1 dailies,
pinned in your Discord.

A small Discord bot that posts Guild Wars 1's daily activities - the four Zaishen Challenge Quests plus Wanted by the Shining Blade, the Vanguard quest, and Nicholas Sandford - and keeps the message at the bottom of the channel so the crew can sign up for today's run. Show all of them, or just the ones your server cares about.

◆What it does

All the dailies

The four Zaishen quests plus Wanted by the Shining Blade, the Vanguard quest, and Nicholas Sandford - computed offline from verified cycles, no scraping. Rolls over at 16:00 UTC like the in-game reset (Sandford at 07:00).

Stays at the bottom

Posts one message and keeps it as the newest in the channel - editing in place, and reposting at the bottom whenever chat pushes it up.

Per-mission sign-up

One button per group quest - the four Zaishen quests plus Shining Blade and Vanguard. Tap to say you're in (tap again to drop), or sign up for all at once. Each shows its own roster.

Show only what you want

Every daily shows by default. An admin can hide any of them per server with /config dailies - keep the message focused on what your crew actually runs.

Character names

Add your GW1 character names with /ign - a GW1 account has several - and pick a favorite to show next to your handle on the roster. Self-declared, no third-party login.

Remembers everything

Rosters and timestamps persist across restarts, and reset cleanly each day when the fresh quest set is posted.

Minimal & private

No privileged intents, no message reading, no analytics. It only needs to post in one channel and manage its own message.

/daily todayShow today's dailies anywhere (only you see it).
/daily whenFind the next day a given quest, bounty, arena, vanquish area or target is the daily.
/daily upcomingPreview the next few days of dailies.
/daily watch · /daily unwatchGet a DM when a daily you care about is up (or stop).
/ign addRegister a GW1 character name, optionally with its profession (you can add several).
/ign favoriteChoose which of your names shows on the roster (or /ign unfavorite for none).
/ign whoShow all of a player's character names and professions.
/ign remove · /ign clearRemove one name, or all of them.

◆Add it to your server

Invite the bot, then run /setup in your server to pick the channel it posts in. That's it - the daily message appears within a minute.
